‘’Flowers are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty out-values all the utilities of the world’’ -Ralph Waldo Emerson

After painting the forgotten gardens and mansions in Oise, her native land, step by step in the wilderness of the Monts du Lyonnais her affective land, she discovered the invisible, and infinite beauty of wild flowers. On her canvas, poppies, buttercups, thistles and nettles, explode in a continuous firework, red, yellow, white sparkle on a never ending green scale. Today, the West Cork between ocean and country, add subtle touches of fuchsia in a green majestic bower.

Her canvas tirelessly worked with palette-knives, convey the magic and strange beauty of these wild flowers. The sincerity, spirituality, and strength of the painter appear in every painting. Stopping and watching one of these carry us in a savage and wild universe, which at the same time offer us unique beauty, and provide us with an intense moment of inner peace.
